1200?
um, 5'2 & 117 & 18 years old. Goal is to lose weight.
Didn't ask for approval of weight loss goal or what you think of my current weight.
You need to consume at least 1,200 calories per day! you need to keep your body healthy so do not starve yourself, just eat healthier foods. If you do not consume enough calories daily, you might actually gain weight! sound weird huh? it is true. Do crunches, run a mile everyday, powerwalk, have a balanced meal with fruit and vegatables and if you want maybe stick in a candy of your choice to eat in moderation. You need to be habitual, and find a daily routine that fits your day by day schedule. Follow the food pyramid > link that is what I usually do. I know that sometimes it gets boring to walk or run maybe ride a bike, so go ask a buddy of your to do those daily routines with you!

depending on what you doing throughout the day...you could be sitting home doing nothing on the couch just watching a movie/tv that would be 800 calroies. If you're gonna go out with friends and do things as in shopping, running around like a kid for 5 mins, walking to the store or walk to a friend house, that would be less than 1100. If you work, constantly walking lifting and bending, at least 2800. But mostly consist of what you're eating throughout the day too.
Depends on composition. The lower you go the more precisely you need to dial in what they're coming from.
