My boyfriend bought me this vitapak from GNC. There are 30 packets. There for men and women by the way. This is what it looks like: ๐๐๐And there are a total of 9 pills! I started taking them 2 days ago and about 20 mins later I felt extremely nauseous. My stomach stared hurting and I was so sick. Now I've did some research on them. The clear and goldfish ones are some kind if vitamin. The red is an energy pill. The really white capsule is biotin. The darker white capsule is waterex. And the last 2 orangish pink pills are iron.
I didn't take them today because I font want to feel barfy! Did anyone else feel this way? Do you take these?

GNC Ripped Vitapak... Anyone else get nauseous after taking these vitamin packs?
I think these packs are a bit problematic. Because they don't let you take them "throughout the day". It's ONE BIG MEGADOSE OF CRAP and it's hard on your liver and kidneys. You'd have to drink gallons of water and also have food and fat to dissolve those vitamins... the ones I take from time to time let you take them one by one, and it's divided into 6 pills to take throughout the day. I usually take like 3 a day, though, because I know I don't drink enough.
So yeah, I recommend finding a vitamin pack that actually slices its stuff into multiple pills to take throughout the day, rather than as one big dose. I'm pretty sure the big dose isn't good for your organs, hence why you feel dizzy or nauseaous.
I'm pretty sure my boyfriend buys the guy version. He never seems or says anything about nausea. Are you eating them on an empty stomach? You could be overdosing in vitamins, they also contain a lot of caffeine. Honestly, I wouldn't put that stuff in my body. Just buy regular vitamins >.>
I never tried them but I believe any short cut to weight loss will be bad for your health without medical intervention by doctors. The long way to lose weight might be boring and hard but it's the way that makes you healthiest and lets you live the longest.
Those look full of crap and if your boyfriend is taking them, the iron pills are putting his health at serious risk because men do not get rid of excess iron like women can...
You are much better of with moringa leaf powder, ultra fine oats, digestive enzymes, camu camu powder, wheatgrass powder, organic sulfur, organic yeast flakes and green superfoods in a powder all mixed in a shake. Even Moringa powder on its own has about 92 nutrients and 40+ antioxidants. I wouldn't use those vitamin Paks you mentioned even if someone paid me a months wages...
Haven't tried these vita packs... I will say I've tried muscle milk... the protein powder... and that shit gives me a headache. Drinking a 12-pack of strong beer does less damage than just one of those shakes.
With all that said... I would suggest moving with caution when it comes to supplements. They like to lie on the label with things like "proprietary blend" or some other kind of blend to hide what is actually in there.
I haven't taken those, but i've definitely felt nauseous from vitamins before. It's usually the minerals (iron, chromium, etc) that are making me feel nauseous.
It works better if you take them with a meal but to be perfectly honest if you want to lose weight water, vegetables and walking to 40 pounds off me in 2 months
Did you take them on an empty stomach? You canโt do that itโs gonna make you nauseated. I know because Iโve taken vitamins before the powerful ones and they get to your stomach.
