If you want to lose weight then eat a healthy diet and this does not mean starve yourself it simply means eating the right amount of protein, carbs, calories etc. And exercise do cardio specifically cycling ( which is best for weight loss ) for about an hour to an hour and a half total per week in no more then 20 minute sessions. As to much cardio will destroy your muscles and sap their strength, I would also recommend drinking one cup of matcha tea a day as it has very very powerful health benefits that in addition to making you much healthier it also has powerful weight loss capabilities by boosting metabolism and destroying fat cells and preventing new ones from forming. This may not be the fastest way but it is overall the healthiest and most effective way.

Don't eat. Make yourself throw up. Take laxatives. Go on the boyfriend diet (where u get in a relationship and he breaks up with you and you're devastated causing so much stress u can't eat). I don't recommend ANY of these, however they work... then the opposite happens where you gain even more weight later on.

I wouldn't recommend it but just eat 2 granola bars that come with 2 bars in each bag one bag at 12 and one at 6 I did this when I wanted to lose weight but just be careful if you start feeling bad eat something
Exersize bike and a book/tv/computer. Drink plenty of water and don't EVER skip out on breakfast. Ditch soda completely, transition to more complex foods (nothing microwaveable, no white grains)
Eat healthier and workout, I don't think that there's any better ways than this.
Dehydration... Go running in a hot parking garage with garbage bags on. lol
Well, doctors could surgically remove your fat, that's the fastest way ;)
I say cut off sugar helped me maintain my weight a lot.
