I'm 6' 239, which makes me the heavy one so far. LMAO
I'm a stocky dude anyway, but I do want to lose a little more weight. Twenty nine pounds would be cool.
Like I said, I'm a naturally large-framed guy, so 180 isn't in the cards even if I wanted it.
I had a minor health issue that cleared up recently, so now I can go back to healthy levels of calorie restriction.

BMI isn't useful if you work out, mainly for sedentary people who need a starting place. Number is obsolete quickly. Body fat % combined with weight and tape measure readings of parts of the body is much superior.

I guess I have to agree with the BMI, it's a height to weight ratio. It does say I'm technically medically overweight, but I don't look overweight at all.
I'm 5'7".
I weight around 118 lbs.
My bmi is 18.5 ish.
I don't agree. I have a small frame so it makes sense. I don't feel underweight. I've actually. been working out and have put on a few pounds.

I think I'm normal. Because I'm short and small boned most people assume I'm thinner than I am. I don't really consider myself thin.- u
6'1", 170 lbs, and 22 BMI. Although BMI is crap and terribly inaccurate because it doesn't account for muscle mass and bone density.
I'm 5'6 and I average between 120-123 lbs when it comes to weight. Bmi is 19.7 but I think bmi is crap.
