I think anything in the range you mentioned would be healthy because it depends on how you overall feel in general mostly. If you feel better at 140, then be that but if you feel better at a slightly thicker build, do that.

I would honestly look at bodyfat % at this point. There are scales for that that can be bought for cheap and give you a rough estimate with an error of maybe 1-2%.
If he doesn't train just use bmi.

Maybe if the six-foot tall man is actually a very tall 15 year old boy, Otherwise, 140 is too thin to look good regarding most men, no matter what his body type is. There are probably a few exceptions but I'm only 5 foot 8 so 4 inches shorter and I looked emaciated after dropping to 140 early in the COVID epidemic. The government and the medical profession need to get real or stop setting up these ridiculous weight guidelines for people. They also tell us now that they want our blood pressure at 110 and while some people can function like that, a lot of people feel tired or like they are going to pass out!
My question, asked quite respectfully to you is what's all this "pressure" stuff about? I always considered a woman who is so interested in telling her guy what he should weigh as a warning sign for her being inappropriately controlling. Unless I weighed more than my comfort level would allow or were unhealthy due to my weight, If my girlfriend tried to pressure me about what she or government statistics said I should weigh, I'd be leaving rubber tracks in her driveway in short order!
