Twice a week for awhile now. Occasionally I'll miss a day. Usually I like to do about an hour an a half of weights and then 40 minutes of cardio. The second day is more like an hour of weights. Sometimes I'm on my phone though so I could be quicker. At different points of my life I've done 3-4 days and even days for awhile. I like my body how it is right now so I mainly workout for the mental and health benefits and to maintain my body. I've considered getting a little more definition on my abs but I don't think it really matters.
i do almost everyday 1 hour... and 2 hour everyday , man thats probably going to make you monster in a couple of weeks... i think thats a lot!!!

3-4 times per week at 30-40 minutes. Two of those sessions are with a PT, he works me twice as hard as what I can do it on my own...
I wish it was more but I'm busy with work and study.
But thanks for asking this question as I'd like to see what others do.
I try to get 6 days a week in. Lately hasn't been much because of my knee and constant flare ups. But yeah.

I bodybuild 5 times a week with my workouts usually lasting about an hour to an hour in a half, sometimes they last two hours if I missed a day and had to double up. And then I also do martial arts for an hour to an hour and a half with my sifu before working out, and sparring I do once a week with classmates which I do consider to be a workout because it is actually quite exhausting.
I'm at the gym 4-5 days a week, but I try to do something little everyday, like walking/biking/running.
2 days a week of an hour each. I already ride my bike 5 hours a week purely for transportation.
Everyday minimum 30 mins then it can go up to 2 hours. Depends on how busy I am that day
4-5 times every week 4 hourse each time. but man these injuries keep you wayyyy back :(
I worked out 2 hour daily.. sometime if I don't have time then next day I workout bit more hour
Every other day for 40 minutes is enough for me. I'm not really trying to tone up or anything like that. I just do it to stay in shape and keep my heart healthy. Works for me.

I'm moving a lot outside the gym anyways tho. i hate sitting for too long.
