Workout per week and how many calories do you think she consumes?
For a couple of girls like that I think that it is like a full-time job. I would say that the ones with extremely prominent abs work out 5+ times a week and at one time or another competed in a body competition or did some type of fitness modeling. That type of physique (on some of them, because others just happen to have flat stomachs and I believe are naturally thin) requires a strict diet of lean proteins, healthy fat, complex carbs, lots of fruits and veggies. And depending on whether they were cutting or bulking, the number of calories would vary.
Look up "fitness model diet" or something along those lines... Lots of girls that compete or model make blogs dedicated to what they do.
I would recommend you having a look at @kayla_itsines on Instagram. She's a personal trainer and has an e-book which I personally love

They probably workout several times a week at least for decent durations, and they probably eat a bit more than they need on calories for their exercise.
Personally that looks pretty disgusting to me, that's just way too far for a girl, lol.
