Right now I'm living the luxurious civilian life of a lazy student, so it's mostly strength and stamina/cardio. 4-5 days a week in average. I do a high-intensity interval program twice a week for cardio, in the 15-20 rep range, and heavy weights in the 3-6 range the other times.
Ideally, I'd be out heavy rucking every Sunday, though, but I've got limited access to mountains here, so the gym has to do.

Card workout once a day, everyday( weather permitting). I'll run in the rain too. Every other day I work on triceps and lats. For my lats, I do bent over rows with 35kg(about 75lbs) in each hand. For my triceps I'll do max pushups. The most I ever got without stopping is 183. Two days a week I do pyramid curls for my biceps.
Every other day or so. I run mainly, as there's a track behind my house. I stretch and do plank exercises, sit ups, push ups, the works. I play tennis a lot too, and that's probably my favorite way to exercise. In summer I swim every morning. Also, my brother's doing this p90x program so sometimes I keep him company.
5-6 days. I go to the gym and take classes but since it's getting nice, Ill go for a run.

I play sports literally everyday, I'm not really the gym type. I have a gym membership, but I rarely go there. I also go on frequent treks.
