Lately my weight has literally been falling off me, which isn't a good thing as I'm about half a stone underweight as it is (and no, I don't have a eating disorder I have a high metabolism and struggle putting on weight.)
The thing is I don't want to lose weight, and my eating hasn't changed whatsoever it's just the same as it's always been and same goes for exercise. Well yeah, I'm not sure what to make of it but it's worried me a little.. so a little advice please?
