So when I look in the mirror I cry. I was pregnant a few months back and I gained weight and now when I see my self I cry because I miss my baby (I aborted it) and I just need to change the way I look for me. so what do you think will work better ?

The first link is kind of similar to what I do. I workout every other day though for an hour, and do cardio for the the first 15 minutes of the workout. I'm not sure if you want dieting tips too, but if you cut out all simple carbs like white breads and sugars and only eat complex carbs like whole grain bread it will help you to lose weight too. I'm really sorry about your abortion, and I hope you start feeling better soon :)

Aww I'm sry but I will get better, I lost my baby back in may m/c not abort. But it still hard, but by the look of the pic you are not fat, But exerice Daily or everyother day or what not, eatting good is also good to with helping lossing the weight. fruits, veggys, whole gain, water, no soda,
