When a woman asks "Do these jeans make my ass look fat?" ?

I'd be tempted to say "Hell yeah, baby!" with a lascivious look of appreciation on my face. But I value my life.

What I find unfortunate is lack of a better word than fat to describe the full roundness of a woman's ass. The word "fat" sounds like an insult to most women. But women's hips and asses are literally full of fat. Fat is what gives women their shape. It's what makes a woman's ass round and firm and bouncy.
She might have 34" hips but her small ass can still be lusciously fat.
But the common definition of fat implies obesity. I wish there was another word to describe normal, healthy, lush, shapely, feminine fat.

How can we say, "God, I love that fat ass!" without making her feel insulted?
