Should I do crossfit or swimming this summer toose weight? Please read description and no rude comments please?

I'm 16, 5'2 and weigh 155, I've been doing kickboxing 2 times a week for about 2 months and have lost about 5 pounds. I've cut out soda and sweet foods and go running a mile or 2 about 3 times a week. I really want to get down to 125 or so and just have a nice body, so I will finally be happy with myself. I'm really strong and determined to whatever I put my mind to. I push myself. So I was wondreing if I should do crossfit a few times a week or swimming classes tha have like competitions and stuff? Please help? I want more than ever to get fit and be healthy. All tips and advice welcomed
