I can totally tell you are losing inches. If you are working out, this is why it doesn't really show the weight loss. You gain muscle when you work out... and muscle weighs more than fat. This is why I weigh so much. It sucks because the stats dont make you happy, but you can totally tell you lost fat. Great work!
The best way to see if you ve lost fat is to try on a pair of jeans or a blouse that was too tight before. If it feels more comfortable on you, you've definitely lost fat. From the picture I see you have lost weight though. Keep it up!
It's because you're losing fat and gaining muscle. This is exactly what you want. Lotta girls try to lose weight by starving themselves. This is no good cause it makes them lose muscle resulting in a progressively difficult effort to workout harder and lose fat faster.

Yeah you lost a little bit. As long as you permanently change your diet and neve stop working out its only time that you are waiting for until you are In shape. 3 weeks is nothing out of your life. See how you look this time next year :)
Look at the body ratios and dimensions. If you workout, you gain muscle too and that weighs a lot more than fat. Why not take a tape and keep measurements? That will show the decrease on the places you target.
well, the tape can't lie. if you're losing inches, you're losing inches no matter what the scale says.
Looks like it. 3 weeks isn't very long so keep up the good work. Don't worry too much about weight especially if you're strength training.
