Blood tests and X rays came up negative. What else could be wrong?

So I have been having wrist pain mainly in my right wrist for the past 3 years. I just had blood test done last Friday and they took a lot of blood and tested me for lots of things but nothing came up. They are now about to try sending me to a rheumatologist. What else could it possibly be and does anyone know any ways to help it until I go see the doctor?

Did they check your vitamin d? The same thing was happening to me and they sent me to a rheumatologist thinking I had lupus and it turned out I had a severe vitamin d deficiency and they said that was it and gave me supplements. I was like no way that's causing this. But sure enough after a couple weeks on supplements it got better! It could be lots of things. But just an idea because it took them a LONG time to figure out for me

Well I have been checked for lupus and I take vitamins everyday that have things like biotin, vitamin a, b, c, and d. I just don't really know anymore.

I don't really have the pain in the same place you would if you had carpal tunnel. I thought that it was osteoarthritis but now I'm not very sure. I normally get everything my mom gets though.
