It depends on your type of workout, many people just jog on a treadmill and think they are doing great good. There is benefit to that, don't get me wrong, but there are far more effective exercises than simple jogging. Interval training is one of the superior forms of exercise. Basically you all out sprint for a short interval of time before walking to catch your breath and recover only to do the same thing again a number of times.
Interval training is not only less time consuming than simple multi-mile jogging, but it holds more benefits as well. Two of the big ones are A: that it burns fat *much* more effectively than long runs do, and B: that it induces secretion of BDNF (brain derived neurotropic factor) a neurotransmitter which induces neurogenisis (the growth of new brain cells, and helps one to resist neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer's and Parkinson's.

What does being outside have to do with working out? Are you one of those narrow minded people who thinks running is the only form of exercise in existence? Get to it and do some strength training in your home.

do it because you want to break routine. once out routine, you not gonna come back and exercise again. plus you want to look good for me.

And cuz I told you tooI ask my self that same question every single day. Just do it.. Don't over think it.
Remember why you do it. Remember that each workout contributes to your goal.
Working out makes you have a more desirable body, but remember everything in moderation. Also, exercise also prevents wrinkles later on. < This only works though if you get a healthy amount of food and sleep each day.
It's good for you and you'll look better and live healthier.

Look yourself in the mirror, if you are totally satisfied then stay at home, if not get yourself out, get fit and sexy
