I did enter a judo tournament where I was pitted against a guy a lot younger than myself. I thought I would take it easy on him but got whooped a lot quicker than I would of liked to. I like to think I could of whooped him in a real fight however I am the kind of person that doesn't look for a fight and to be honest, one whooping was enough.

I don't recall ever losing an arm wrestling competition.
No, but armwrestling is also technique. And if the kid uses its full bodyweight, your arm must be strong enough to hold that if you just use arm and shoulder muscle. Can you curl the weight of a 7 year old boy with one arm?
Hahahahaha no but I'm sure I'm next.

I don't think you're being truthful tbh lol... I don't think even the skinniest weakest 24 year old guy would lose to a 7 year old girl, so... I think you let her win or you're lying.
To answer the question, no, I've never lost to a kid as a near adult (I'm 19), but I don't really armwrestle anymore. But when I was a kid/teen, I did a lot. The youngest/most embarrassing is probably my friend's younger brother. I had a friend who was a beast, 6 feet, huge hands, huge arms, huge feet, just a beast. We were the same age, and we armwrestled a few times, but they were never even close to being competitive. He would win effortlessly, so we quickly found out that it was pretty pointless to arm wrestle or wrestle or do anything like that with each other. But he had two younger brothers who were 3 years younger than us and the same age. So I would armwrestle them way more than I armwrestled my friend, I only armwrestled my friend a few times. Brother 1 was weaker than me, I beat him pretty much every time and was stronger than him. Brother 2, on the other hand... I have to admit he was probably a little stronger than me, which was so embarrassing. I had really competitive armwrestling matches with him. Brother 1 was more skinny, and lighter than Brother 2. They were the same height around this time, around 5'5. I'm 5'9. This is when I was 15/16 and they were 12/13. Brother 2 was a little bigger/fatter, but not fat, just more meaty than Brother 1. They both had smaller hands than me. My friend and I didn't armwrestle other than a few times when we both realized how pointless it was when he would beat me without even trying, even if I was using two hands and Brother 1 and I would only armwrestle on occasion when he'd see me armwrestling Brother 2, but he was pretty weak so I beat him somewhat easily, then got back to armwrestling Brother 2. But every time I went to my friend's house (which was often because we were close), me and Brother 2 were armwrestling at some point and we both knew it. Sometimes for long periods of time. I was at my friend's house so much that my friend didn't even care if I wouldn't hang with him and just hang with his brothers sometimes. Brother 2 beat me a lot, I have to admit. 3 years younger. Still some of the most competitive armwrestles I've ever had. I did win sometimes and it was always competitive, they would normally always last at least 30 seconds. It would go longer a lot of the time. But overall, hundreds of armwrestles, I would say he won 60% of the time to my 40%.
So that's the worst instance of me losing to someone younger, but for the most part, everyone I armwrestled was in school in class so we were all the same age.Yes i did lost one to a 9 year old but i did that intenionally :p
