Yogurt is good, and you might try Met-Rx or some kind of meal replacement shake that fills you up, but doesn't have a bunch of worthless carbs and sugar in it.
I have the same problem. Of course, I lift later at night, and about a half hour after I'm done, I'm ready to eat everything in the house. So, when I eat a protein bar or drink a meal replacement shake, it fills me up and I can go to be without the empty carbs from cookies and crackers.
I hope that helps,

You don't eat enough healthy food during the day, so by night time, you are hungry, your willpower drops, and your instinct driven brain overrides your long term planning.
Eat more protein and fiber throughout the day.
Try eating apples instead cause apples have a chemical that surpresses your appetite or only buy lettuce so you nibble on nothing except lettuce and red peppers at night. Your taste buds will change if you alter your diet.
By eating more during the day to keep yourself satisfied.
