I don't know if anyone else uses rowing machines other than professional rowing teams and myself, but what I can tell you is that it does build muscle. However, remember just because I said it builds muscle doesn't mean you should do it every day. Use the rowing machine 4-5 days a weeks, but let your muscles heal and do other exercises as well. Rowing exercises work out your lats which will help you get whats called a V Shape, which looks very nice in my opinion. Furthermore, in order to do the row, your triceps, biceps, deltoids and trapezius muscles are all used. This in turn will allow you to develop these muscles as well. It is a great workout and does build muscle. Hope this helps.
I do all different kinds of rows. I use a barbell, low row w/ cables, lat pulldowns w/ cables (which do similar to low rows but higher up), dumbbell rows, and so on
No they tear muscles. You will grow muscle in the kitchen
You make more muscles by tearing muscles...
Do you mean if I play 25 set for biceps I will build more muscle than if I play 12?
its good for your back a barbell is better though
