Changing what you eat will have a bigger effect than exercise (both are important though). Look into the LCHF (low carb high fat)/ketogenic diet. It's sounds like a freaky fad thing but I promise it's not, there's a lot of science behind it for fat loss and I've seen good effects. Google Peter Attia, Gary Taubes, the Atkins diet, and Karen Barnaby's low carb cookbook for some ideas. Good luck!

A lot of low intensity cardio to burn fat and a good eating plan. Lots of fruit and vegetables, few carbs and only healthy and slow burning ones. No alcohol or sugar.
You'll have to change diet to include healthier options. Stay away from processed sugars especially pop/soda. Eat more fruits and vegetables especially things higher in fiber. Doing some running will help also.
Running, swimming , cycling. Swimming hard especially that is a full body workout.
