Girls, How do you get rid of acne?

I've been experiencing some bad acne on both my face, above my breasts and back. I know its part of growing up. but its so embarrassing to wear a bikini or singlet or dress. i want to be able to do this. I want to be proud of my skin not hateful of it. Please help! :(

One thing that helped me tremendously was just increasing my water intake. I drink at least 3 liters a day. I had terrible cystic acne for years, and that cleared up most of it.

I would stay away from harsh chemical treatments. They may give temporary relief, but you will see the damage on your skin as you get a little older.

With diet. That's honestly the biggest component that goes into it. Search Nina and Randa on YouTube, they do plenty of videos on how they got rid of their acne.

Wash your face with mildest face wash. Eat well, sleep well. For most acne is part of hormonal imbalance during periods. If you are near puberty - your hormones will stabilize in due time. If problem persists beyond reasonable tolerance level, a visit to doctor can solve matters

maybe think about going to see a dermatologist? they will help. for me, I started seeing a dermatologist around the age of 13-14. I had a little bit of acne on my face but not much. none of the creams and things they gave me helped so I was put on Accutane. its VERY powerful and potentially dangerous, but they monitor you on it & it clears up your skin supposedly for the rest of your life :) worked on me!

Tea tree oil will effectively get rid of your acne and scars while improving your skin too. Just dilute some drops into water, soak a cotton ball into the solution and dab at the desired area (s). A small bottle on Amazon is less than $10.

Try Murad you can buy a pack at Sephora it worked for me! And my blemishes are going away. You just have to maintain with washing your face.
