Create a regular workout schedule. You can do it however you want, but this is how my week looks:
Monday -high intensity weight: leg/ butt day
Tuesday -low intensity weight: arm/back day
Wednesday -running/endurance training
Thursday -low intensity weight: leg/ butt day
Friday -abdominal body eight exercise/ yoga
Saturday -light run/ walk
I have my workouts set so I can achieve the body I want while burning fat.
A healthy rate of weight loss is about 1.5 pounds a week.

so take little steps everyday to eat more heathly, like veg and fruits, herbs, smoothies are great too!! 3 meals a day and a lot of water.
the exercise isn't there to lose weight in my opinion, it just helps on motivation to stay heathly and you feel better about yourself after a workout.

3 meals a day don't MISS BREAKFAST!! i can not stress how much breakfast is very important when it comes to loosing weight.. just go out and jog every morning and u should lose those pounds in a month.. GUARANTEED if follow it... it's all about motivation.
Go to the gym everyday. eat yogurt before and after. Don't do ab exercises focus on core exercises, get a personal trainer. Eat high fibre and protein foods like yogurt

A lot of poeple talked about diet so I thknk you've got that one under control. (less processed foods, and sugars, more whole food, fruits and veggies)
As for exercise there is a program I really like called Ballet Beautiful. They have youtube videos and I love it. The pounds may not shed (depends on your body), but you will look like it. The exercises are simple and you can feel them working, they work really fast with results you can see and feel. They burn like I don't even know what, but you look amazing after use for so long. I know you've heard it before but cardio is also really important. So yeah, I hope you make your goal, but remember to stay healthy.Start with small changes but permanent changes. No such thing as dieting really in my opinion to be successful. Start eating more greens and fruit, more fiber and exercise. I eat brownies when I feel like it and go on vacation. That just means I need to run more or whatever when I get back. Exercise is key and pick something that you enjoy that way you'll keep it up. Join a gym with lots of classes and try them all. Best
No carbs after lunch. Drink a cup of water before, during, and after meals. To burn calories, you should do cadio three times a week. (Anything that will get you're heart rate up and keep it up.) Plan a 'splurge' meal once a werk were you enjoy reasonably unhealthy foods.
Also, you're a girl and you're going to crave certain foods. Don't deny it to yourself. Your body wants something inside that food, but limit your intake.exercise and eat healthy and be consistent with it. You can do something as small as walking to going to the gym
