Okay.. Im going to make this short and simple. At the moment, I have not a healthy boy. I have next to no muscle on my core/stomach, my legs are in alright shape and my arms have muscles covered by layer of fat. I have never been good at sport, since I am lazy and all. But I want to change. Can I lose body fat and gain something resembling muscles in 11 weeks? How long do I exercise each day? And any other health tips.
