i had coffee for breakfast
cereal for lunch
then I ate three cups of chips :/ my wedding is this Saturday ! I want to lose as much weight as I can by then since my dress is snug on me.
what would you guys recommend?
Never just have coffee for breakfast. That dehydrates u. Get a protein shake in u instead. Bfast is the most important meal of ur day! Do a salad for lunch not cereal. Cereal is carbs. Eat protein and fruits and veggies.
I just really hate food so cereal is the one thing I can handle
can't do that... look at the sugar content. Grab a protein bar... that has grains and nuts to help with ur cereal craving.
It's Special K?
Salad without dressing. Protein drink is only to build more muscle. But if you're a person who gets distracted by food a lot, you could eat something with lots of protein and vibers so you won't feel hungry.
Drop in a few snails roaches and spiders from around the house in a blender and BAM protein shake!
Salad of course. Aim for the healthy, natural stuff.

Protein is ALWAYS better than other foods (I'm not saying never eat them - just protein is much more important). You can convert protein into carbohydrates but not the other way around.
better a salad... sounds healthier 8)
Take probiotics and poop it out.
Eat a salad!
