I like what @rahul1307ghosh said. You've got to have fun with it and enjoy it, or you're just introducing another cause of stress to your life. You've also go to be able to deal with not being an expert or even CAPABLE when you first start -as a personal example, I was diagnosed with a heart problem when I was younger and hadn't been able to run for several years. I finally got the okay from my cardiologist to try it again (I'd really missed it). I couldn't even make it a block.
If there's a park near your house (or even a green space at your school), try going with friends or family or a dog, if you've got one. Frisbee (there are SO many types of disk-throwing games. It's kind of amazing), tag (again, lots of variations), ninja... anything that involves moving, and the focus is on the fun, not the exercise. For food choices, your family can probably give better advice than most GAGers. If y'all have regular family meals, try taking over the cooking more -sometimes putting a lot of effort into making a meal can make you want to slow down and savor it -which can lead to healthier portions and foods.

You can ask your family to help you work out so you can all work out together. Or you can dance the weight off (Dance Central). It's entertaining and you're working out.
You could start eating smaller portioned meals if you aren't as well as healthier. Only eat when you are hungry as well.
Do what u love... U must love some sport right... Or cycling or swimming... U have gotta like somthing... For u... Do it for ur mother who loves u and can't see u sad... Family... Family... Family... Who love u
I don't think you can get motivated to work out. You either want to or you don't. I work out and eat healthy everyday because I enjoy it and it's good for you. If you don't want to get healthy I don't think there's anything anyone else can do about it.

The longer you have to prepare yourself to work out, the more time you have to give yourself an excuse to back away from it. By packing up a workout bag and have everything ready to go, it’ll be an easy transition to follow. Using your body the right way is a critical aspect in your workout journey. Start noticing how you hold your body throughout the day because the way you carry yourself will be the way you set your mindset.
Wishing you the best of luck.Maybe try exercises that are fun! For example I exercise with Hip Hop Abs by Shaun T, which has lots of dancing, music, and Shaun T is encouraging and funny. The other dancers look like they're having fun too. There are videos of the workouts online or you could buy the DVDs online.
Also, you could ask your family members to exercise with you. I'm sure they'd be happy to since they exercise themselves. Good luck! I'll send a Hip Hop Abs video to you in a minute xxCome hang out with me, I have social anxiety bad too. But ya, we can go to a small little gym and if your looking looking to drop a few lbs, I can help with that. Used to be a personal trainer. What I've learned tho, is if you don't do anything to change then nothing ever will. And in all honesty 175 is not a high number. at least not in my book lol 225-300 that's big. You should always feel comfortable in your own body. It's you and your beautiful :)
You just have to accept it I guess. I bet your beautiful
Not feeling comfortable in your body IS your motivation to work out! Working out is how you're going to get into better shape.
