Should I go to basketball practice?

I sprained 2 fingers on my shooting hand yesterday playing pick up basketball at my park. I have sore calves, shoulders, back and pecs. Should i still go to my teams basketball offseason training session tonight? We uually just play lots of intense full court games.

Nope... or maybe yes... Depending on what you want to achieve. If it's going to make it worse, and you're serious about sports, don't do it and let it heal.
If you're not serious and don't care about pain - do it...

but you sit on side lines taking notes
and tape up sprain + ice + rest so you can be of some use to team SOONER

Hopefully you went. Your sore muscles should of warmed up after awhile and you shouldn't of noticed them as soon as you started to workout. Tape your fingers.

Go just don't partake. It makes more sense to go and learn what they are learning even if you aren't playing then to sit at home
