Can I get work out results in 6 weeks?

Over the past few months I've been trying to tone up and I've noticed some minor changes, but I haven't been persistent.
I'm trying to just tone my legs and stomach. I am a good weight and don't have much stomach fat- you can actually see the outline of my abdominal muscles a little (in certain lighting) My butt is on the bigger side for my body and its pretty decent looking in clothes but it could be firmer and more lifted. I'm going on vacation in about 6 weeks. I have a kettle bell and ankle weights and that's all I can work with for the time being. Could I see results in 6 weeks if I workout 3 times a week, and eat properly?
