The answer is no, but maybe. I think you may be oversimplifying things. For instance, I have eaten an entire large, deep-dish pizza over the course of an evening (my fav team was eliminated from hockey playoffs, I needed comfort food). This did not make me any fatter.
If you consume more calories than you burn, you have a caloric surplus. If you burn more than you consume, you have a caloric deficit. This is taking into account the total of the calories burnt by: active physical exertion (like moving your body), passive physical activity (breathing, blinking, etc), organ function (digestion, pumping blood), homeostasis (such as maintaining body temperature), other bodily processes (making new blood cells), energy used by your brain, and the energy continually used in your body's fat and muscle tissues (even as you sleep).
It takes a consistent surplus or deficit of sufficient magnitude to make any difference, and even then it takes a while to have an effect. As long as you make more good eating decisions than poor ones, you will be fine. It's repeated bad habits that result in the changes you are worried about.
No but you should eat more protein and less carbs/sugary food, that's not a healthy diet at all.
Probably but really it depends on a lot of other factors like how tall are you or what what time you normally go to sleep/wake up or how much you weigh already. for me I would gain some weight because I'm rather petite and don't exercise very much so I wouldn't be able to eat that much in one sitting without gaining a bit, so if you normally wake up at 10am, you're 4'11, 110 pounds and sit on your butt most of the day yes, if not then no then you probably have nothing to worry about.
It depends on what you weight already and how much you usually eat. You don't gain weight for a longer time if you eat much one day. You might gain a pound or so, but you'll lose it again within days if you just eat as you normally do
