Will I gain weight as I grow older?

I'm quite lanky just now. I'm 16, 6ft2-ish, 130-140lb-ish and my body type is "ectomorph". also, i'm what's knon aas a hard-gainer so I have to eat more than anyone else if i want to gain weight. I've tried gaining weight before but my motivation is alwayss swayed after a week or two. I've had quite a few people tell me that I'll get bigger as I age and I thought I'd come on here to find out...

You'll probably gain a little bit. You might have a fast metabolism like me. I'm 38 years old, 5'8" and around 152lbs. I've weighed the same since I was about 21. I can eat heaps and burn it off real quick. I find it hard to gain weight. But I'm not complaining lol

Yes, as you age your metabolism slows down.
