Anyway, I'm always comfortable with eating until I nearly bust if it's something more nutritious. A lot of chicken breast and hot potato chips hasn't made me fat before. BUT I freak out if I eat a lot of something that's fast food. I also woke up this morning craving fried rice, so I ate chinese food, too.
So today, I ate two pieces of peanut butter toast, some chiese food, the McDonald's and a handful of Maltesers.
If I go do some intense cardio tomorrow, will it prevent me from getting cellulite and fat?
