I'm fighting a bulimia relapse?

Seeing any kind of doctor is out of the question, so forget it... I became bulimic on my own, and I pulled out of it on my own... But I can feel myself about to relapse... And I'm having a really hard time..

I had relapses multiple times, it's torturing, i know you know that. But all is going to save you is your inner strength, not your friends, not your mother or father or family, only you. Whenever you feel the urge to binge think about something to fight for, something that inspires you and focus on that, the first times it will be difficult as hell believe me, i know that, but as time passes your own mind becomes better at decreasing the anxiety, believe in yourself.

If you can't fight it on your own then you do need to go see someone to help you through it
