What muscles should I grow to get a curvier waist?

I have a fairly thick torso, but hardly any body fat. I'm just thick there. I know I can't change this, but I can enhance it and chage it slightly! I know I should avoid oblique wokouts, as that will just make me thicker. And I am working on getting thicker legs and a thicker booty. But what should I be doing? What exercises will give me what I want?
