Health and Fitness tips for losing a little weight and toning my body?

Today is the first day of summer and I want to look good going back to school in the fall, I am 5'6 and weigh 150, I am very athletic, no I am not over weight and I am about average size but I could lose a few pounds and in general just tone up in general, any tips or ideas?
