I have a terrible snoring problem and what should I do about it?

Iam very self conscience about my really bad snoring issue. I can't help it but it's so bad to the point where I am afraid to sleep over anyone's house and when I was in a relationship my snoring was so bad that it interrupted their sleep. I'm very embarrassed and I don't know what to do about it can you guys please help?

I underwent a sleep study to determine if I have sleep apnea (turns out I do). Obstructed breathing was the cause of my snoring.

Now I sleep with a CPAP machine (constant positive airway pressure).

Try sleeping on your left side. I know from others that my snoring was worse when I laid on my back or belly.

Also I simply gotta ask: Are you quite overweight? It tends to exacerbate snoring a lot.

I mean whats o you consider over weight lol I'm not fat but proportionate lol I have big breast... but also I always snores every since I was a child but it's gotten worse

Well I am definitely obese at 5'9", 260 pounds. But even at 200 I'd be simply fat. Anyway, I think a doctor's visit might be wise.

Snoring can be caused by anything from allergies to sleep apnea. You really have to see a doctor to decide what the best approach is.

Are you a smoker, smokers often have trouble with snoring. Go to your doctor they can help people out that have this problem.

No I don't smoke and I might have to be a big girl and go to the doctors lol

Yeah less embarrassing to admit this to a doctor and fix the problem than snore like that in front of another guy. :)

Exercise helps to diminish snoring. Other than that I don't know but if you're an attractive woman I don't think it can be a big problem overallz
