That is the worst thing you can do. If you exercise and eat like shit you'll stay where you are, if you eat like shit and don't exercise you'll gain weight. My advise to you is try your hardest to eat healthy food, they'll make you feel better and look better and there are tons of ways to make them taste good too. Exercise+diet=hot bod. Don't starve yourselves though, just eat lean meat, fruits, not a lot of grains, and a lot of green, leafy veggies

You should keep exercising. Even if your not losing weight being an active person is important. Not being 100% perfect doesn't mean you should just quit. Also you'll never learn self restrain in your eating habits if you don't make an effort towards at least trying to be active.
You should be exercising because it makes you feel good, all though it's true if you're not balancing your exercise with your eating habits you will see little change, if you want results.
