If you really want to get in shape your best bet is to burn 1000 calories a day. The goal should not be how far to rub, but to burn more calories than you consume. Walk 10,000 steps a day, and Garunteed you will loose weight. Just make sure to stay hydrated and eat healthy along with it. And if you do choose running, it has been proven that running three times a day in shorter intervals is more effective than running once for longer. It keeps your metabolism up more and for longer throughout the day.
Round is a shape. @lime_rampljuset already said it, almost everything has a shape, and the few things that lack it take the form of their container.
Do as others suggest, begin with small distances, then add more.
if you mean back in shape like health wise, I would say run 5 miles a morning, at around 40 minutes or so. But just to burn fat, I would try sprinting intervals of 100ms for 2.5 miles in around 20 minutes. so like 225 feet a sprint, relax a minunte and do it again.
If you're not a regular runner, start out doing at least two a day. Then after you've gotten used to it, work it up to four and five.

Start off slow. Don't give yourself a heart attack.
If I were you, I would walk 500 miles.
And then I would walk 500 more.
Everything has a shape, except the void and nothingness.
You mean get healthy? Then star with few yards, then add more distance, sama amount, every day.
100 yards, then 150, then 200... just saying
Start with 1 mile a week then gradually increase
1 mile. heck I did that in 4:50 when I ran cross country.
You don't want to mess up your body from going to hard
very true I will go slower.
Yes sounds good
start slow & work up.
Zero. There are more effective methods.
run like 42 miles a week that's what I do
