No eating is a big big No No when losing weight it will work at first but then ur body will react and slow ur metabolism down and it wouldn't work then when u eat again be prepared to gain the weight back. What type of tea @asker? Green tea is good, diet wise cut sweets and added sugar. Lower carb count and eat the majority of them in the morning so that they are used throughout the day and not stored. Working out and what u do are two different things, go to the gym and lift some weights every couple days maybe 3 days a week then cause u didn't say u want muscle so don't want too much but weight lifting boosts metabolic rate for 24 hours (I'm pretty sure I might be a little out there) so it makes the way ur body uses food more efficient. Don't eat 3 big meals a day have smaller meals more often and that will make ur metabolism more efficient also

Yes it is extremely dangerous and that is extreme under eating. That is severe under eating. Not even eating enough to fuel basic life support.

I'd say drink just water... you'll stop feeling tired.. try incorporating some fresh veggies into the fold and kick the fries
whatever diet you do it should include food, starving is a dangerous way to try and loose weight
