Too big or too small?
link
It's just a picture of your midsection... you can't really tell fat or thin based on that. Moreover your arms are raised which will elongate the midsection and make it appear thinner. Based on this picture, you seem average. I wouldn't be able to tell you if you are "getting fat" without another picture to compare this too. Are you heavier than you used to be? Your BMI is usually a fairly accurate way to tell if you are doing well with managing your weight (so long as you are not very muscular... a lot of muscle weight will throw off the BMI sometimes and make athletes seem obese; however, you won't need to worry about that).
Besides even thin people can have a disproportionate amount of fat on their body. They can have high cholesterol and high blood pressure too. There are many indicators for a "healthy body." Focus more on being active and healthy and eating right and ignore what any one else says.
f*** what people have to say. as long as you are healthy and YOU are happy with your body that's all that should matter. no one has the right to tell you how you should look. opinions are like assholes, some people prefer skinnier girls, some prefer thicker girls. you can never please everyone so don't even try. next time someone criticizes you about your body turn it back on them and criticize theirs. they will shut up then
personally you look small from that pic there is no way you're fat. don't become some anorexic size 0 drone, everyone is not made to be super skinny. just love your body for what it is and stop worrying about other people who don't matter. they shouldnt be telling you that anyway
You're you. Don't try to conform to societal expectations.

If that's you in the pic, then you're perfect.
