I'm short and pretty healthy so when I gain it shows big time I want to loose 10 pound I work out regularly but feel like I'm stuck I eat healthy no soda.. So I don't know why I'm having such trouble with this. I'm 23 so I feel like shedding this weight should be a breeze but it hasn't been. I'm big on protein and eat a lot of it to keep me less hungry I take vitamins and I'm on birth control.. Any body know what's up with my body and why I can't loose this weight?
The birth control might be a problem but it is hard for women to lose weight. I know 2 girls my age that started walking everyday and eating healthier and they lost a lot of weight.

Fast for 2 days to break the plateau. Then only fruits and veg for a whole day. Boom, skinny! Lean protein only.
Could be hormones... What is your caloric intake for the day? How much cardio and muscle training are you doing/
