I can definitely tell the difference! Keep up the good work! It takes time and dedication to get fit, so be patient and I'm positive you'll get the body you want. To keep track of your total macros you should have daily for the amount of weight you would like to lose, I suggest you try this app called MyFitnessPal

5 days a week, 30 mins some days 60 mins, combination of cardio and strength training. Breakfast is meat and fruit, lunch and dinner is meat and vegetables with some grains here and there, I eat until I'm 70% full. And also just started intermittent fasting today.
I'm sorry, but I don't know what everyone else is seeing, these photos are hardly discernible, I feel as if people on this website all want to coddle each other. Not to be discouraging though, one month is a very short time frame to see any real progress, just keep at it.
Keep going and keep recording the progress. This should be enough motivator to you!
