Fortunately, you're a guy, so it will be easier for you to lose weight. 2,000 calories is good if you want to maintain a weight, but if you want to lose weight, you have to eat fewer calories than you burn. Start by reducing your calorie intake to something like 1,350 or (since you're a guy, lucky >_<) 1,500 a day and keep up with the exercise. Reduce the amount of calories you eat by about 50 for every ten pounds you lose, but never let it go below 1,200 calories a day, otherwise you'll be starving yourself. Once you're at your ideal weight, you can go back to eating 2,000 calories a day, but personally I've found that I need to eat a bit less than that to maintain my weight.
A great way to keep yourself on track is by using the My Fitness Pal app. That thing helped me lose 40 pounds ^_^

that doesn't sound right at all. when someone is so overweight, they will drop pounds like crazy if they go on a low calorie diet and even just walk for a half-hour to an hour after their meals. Either you have the worst metabolism known to mankind, or something you're saying isn't truthful...
How exactly are you active? Do you go out walking every day? If not, I highly recommend you starting off by walking for at least 30 minutes a day in addition to what you already do. Over time, start jogging for that length of time and then increase the walking time.
As for diet, I suggest you stop eating all kinds of junk and fast food if you haven't already done so as well as avoiding foods/drinks high in sugar, like sweets and soda.
well i am pretty sure you eat more at 100 lbs overweight a 2000 calories a day will make you skinny in no time , first eat less and watch what you eat dont eat if you dont know how many calories it has , go for healthy and not so calorie dense stuff , cut sugar , workout if possible , control yourself and try eating less and be full , maybe visit the doctor if you have glands problems

To lose weight you need to eat less than your body needs under normal conditions which is about 2000 calories. So you've got to cut the calories back more.
Another tip is to cycle your dieting because eventually your metabolism adjusts to the reduction in calories and you cease to lose weight.Try lowering that to like 1200 calories and maybe cut out some things like soda. late night junk food. unnecessary snacks (like that cookie after lunch which is like 200+ calories alone). then you should slowly start to lose the weight no problem.
Start small, and make sure your exercise routine becomes a habit, don't just lose all the weight then stop exercising because you've reached your goal.
