How do I lose 10 lbs in a healthy way?

I have an idea on how to eat but I don't know how to go by exercising. I carry most of my weight in my lower body but I noticed some fat acculated my back, face and triceps. Is it healthy to do this as a teenager. I'm 5 ft 7 and 135 lbs
