My family has recently decided to become healthier and we need some healthy things to eat. My house does not currently have a working oven or stove, so if you could link/inform me of some meals, that would be great. :)
That does narrow down the playing field a bit. What *do* you have to cook with? Microwave? Crockpot? Need to know that to give better suggestions.

I am in a same situation. Crock pot is your best friend because it is like an oven. Also, salad - especially chef salad if you want lots of meat.
Salads.
buy them from the store and eat them or put them in the fridge for later..
