I've lost 33lbs in two months is it normal?

I started at 324 lbs and now I'm at 291. My plan is 205 or so I'm 5'8" so I should be at 170-180 but I weightlift a lot and I'm hoping with muscle I'll be in the low 200s. I drink protien shakes for breakfast and dinner, lunch I have a bunch of salad lean meats and a small portion of something savory a very small ammount. I drink about a gallon of water a day I'm on my feet working 12-14 hours a day and I'm losing anywhere from 1-2 lbs every day or two. In the last week I've lost 11lbs. I know eventually it would slow down but it's alarming when one day I'm 295 then two day later I'm 291. I'm not complaining but 4lbs in two days seems like a lot. I'm not taking into account the 7lbs I was over and lost in 3 days after drinking a lot of water and flushing out all the water weight.
