Coconut oil before bed as a moisturizer always helps when I get a breakout, more water, longer sleep, less sugar in your diet, and fresh air and being active. Wash your face with water (no soap, it's too harsh for your face) at least once a day. Try not to use too many skin products as they can actually hinder more than help, keep it natural and simple as your face is very sensitive. Hope these help, they help me. Best of luck to you :)

Its kinda expensive but Olay youth serum works really well for acne and acne scars. I've heard putting lemon juice on scars helps.
I personally use Johnson and Johnson "purpose " soap, its meant for sensitive skin. It helps clear up acne to wipe your face with witch hazel after washing. But be careful because it can really dry out your skin. I've found garnier gel moisturizer works really well for me.

Tea tree oil + jojoba oil. Both should be pure 100%. Mix them together and put it on at night before bed and your acne will go away pretty soon. Just make sure you dilute the tea tree oil with the jojoba oil or else it will sting.
i'd let my skin "breathe" for about a week, this is so that you don't break out from the new 'remedies' or products you put on your face. In that week, let a hot, but not too hot washcloth sit on your face for about two minutes. do it morning and night. I would also try ACV with water and put that on morning in night. (search it up for an actual recipe)
use crushed up advil on your breakouts. i know this sounds weird but it really works!
