How to persuade a girl about keeping her body in shape politely?

she's not obese but she is overweight I don't know if it's that age range where girls don't take care of themselves and are career driven or what but I'm health savvy. She's beautiful but working out would make her even more beautiful just how'd you go about talking to her about this without coming off rude or offensive just like positive feedback for her or something?

Ahem, I would say that you'd like to spend more time with her. But most of the time, you happen to be working out... Oh what to do now? :) Get where I'm going with this?

Or orrrrrrr you could say that you want to work on YOUR body more and that it would be easier if you had someone go through the struggle alongside you. How about those?

Go for jogs in the morning and ask her to do it with you. Do things like that, make it seem like YOU want to lose weight by asking her to keep you company while you work out.

Tell her you'd love to go on vacation with her and take lots of pictures on the beach and then take her bikini shopping. That should do it.
