How to pick my weight loss speed up?

So, Back in September 2014, I weighed 235lb, And, As of 2 months ago i weighed 170lb. (65lbs lost).

And, In the past 2 months iv'e gained 15lb of muscle. (And about 2lb of fat too, So im now 187lb).

And, I'm trying to start cutting again, And, Its just so much fuckin harder this time then when i was bigger, I mean, I'm eating about 1000 calories a day, I work in physical labour 8AM - 5PM, And ill try go running or to the gym every other day. (Give myself time to heal), And, What little i do eat is all healthy stuff, No junk or shit whatsoever.

But.. I'm just not loosing anything anymore. Its demoralizing as fuck, Because i'm doing all this, And i'm not changing at all. I've been doing this for a month now, And i look EXACTLY the same.

I start college again in September, So, I'd like to loose 10-15lb before the 10th September. (That would be 2lb's per week to loose 10lb, And i'd be happy with that). As i cannot be bothered starting another college year with a fat body.

Any ideas?
