Start to Eat a bit less but however not to to the point of starvation and Of course Running is a Tremendously good way to burn the calories.
I eat less calories when I am trying to lose a few pounds at times and just Walk More to get back into shape.

This will help you maintain muscles and lose weight. Don't forget to use a jump rope. Exercise twice a day and don't make that one mistake everyone makes.
That's all you can do though; proper diet and good exercise and start to build up from there

Diet diet diet. Tell us what you eat on a daily basis and be honest.
I'll bet you chug down 'diet' drinks not realizing they are just as bad as sugar drinks for telling your body 'pack on the pounds please'. Switch to water 100%. That will drop 10 lbs in a month right there.there is only one way to lose weight anything else would be a waste of time its simple really cut your calories burn more then you consume
The only quick ways, are illegal and very unhealthy. Steroids will do it very quick, but are illegal and ultimately, fatal
Macro tracking is the best way.

Cut out gluten and dairy.
