Do you think it's wrong to make fun of fat people at the gym?

There is a girl that goes to my gym who must weigh 400lbs. Her butt is 5 of Kim K's put together. She struggled just to breath. Yet, guys make fun of her. At least she tries, right?

I think that is disgusting of the guys and if this was happening at my gym, I'd tell them off. I can't stand rude and pathetic behaviour. I just hope that girl doesn't hear what they say, it must be so hard when you're making an effort and some idiots have nothing better to do than make fun of you.

i dont think that is cool at all. she;s there working on the same thing that everybody else is there working on. she's there for a reason, so they should just let her be and do her thing. that is so messed up :(

It's wrong to make fun of anyone for no reason at all, regardless of their weight or where they're at.

In this case, it's silly, because they're at the gym TRYING to lose weight.

They are trying to do something about their weight rather than sitting at home complaining about being over weight. Fat people already feel uncomfortable at the gym. Making fun if them just discourages them. We should be encouraging unfit people to become fit.

I go to an open gym.. Lots of big people, older people, and yoing young,, fit people.
I've never seen anyone bullied.

lol, u just made of her too :P jk. And yes, it is. I used to be obese too (about 265 lbs at 5'10) and people used to make fun of me when i went for a jog, but I used that as motivation to get in shape
