Flounder with fries. Not sure where you're from, but it's hot here so some flounder with fries would be delicious with a mint mojito or some iced tea. Beef Mac N Cheese casserole is more like a hibernation dish that you have when there's a blizzard or it's chilly and you just want Netflix to be bae.
