Ok so the Dr. has me on high doeses of Prednisoln 60ml in the beginning and 50ml now I have been suffering constipation for about 2-3 weeks now. I have gone but not enough and it seems like the more I eat and drink the more bound up I get. to the point where I get really really bad cramps that enventually forces me to go. I am wondering if there is anything I can take or eat thats high in fiber that can help. I heard many horror stories that if I take laxitives long enough the body will start to rely on the laxitives and I won't be able to go without them. I've also heard that if a person is constipated long enough they can start to puke up shit. and or have to have surgery. I AM NOT LETTING IT GET THAT FAR! Also, what can happen if I just stopped taking the Prednisoln and not wean myself off of it? What can happen? Thanks for any help and advice!
